SlickCar - Review

Ordered handles etc for our Nitro on June 2, 2014. The cost was taken from our account the same day. Have not received the items purchased and not been able to contact anyone about it. The 800 number is now not in service. Left many messages on the other number and sent several.emails. There has not been any effort shown on their part to contact us regarding the order or refund. Will start taking legal action to find a solution to this issue.

SlickCar - Dodge Nitro Handles Review

Placed an order for some handles for Dodge Nitro on July 2, 2014. The money was removed from my checking account. We have not seen the product or any communication except that the order was plaved. Have made many attempts to reach Slick Car but have any been able to leave message on.Florida line and the 800 number has been disconnected. Have also sent many emails to.which there has been no response. I guess the next step will be to contact better business Bureau and maybe Attorney General. SlickCar in Waterbury, Connecticut - Ordered srt8 programmer

I paid for the programmer 3 days ago, I PAID $54.88 For overnite shipping... no one answers phone and no sign of my money or programmer anywhere.. im annoyed.. been stuck in Ct for 14 days now staying in hotel daily, and I now have to order it elsewhere and still wait to get stuck and nobody will reurn any phone calls to me or my attorney they r by far th worst company ive ever ordered from. I recommend that othe people do not order from here. ever. Its a scam and now I cant submit this form because I dont have 100 words in order for me to submit it. Maybe I shud compain about this too.

SlickCar - Shady company

Ordered a product for our vehicle over 2 weeks ago on We figured maybe company backed up so gave them some time. I decided to call the company however all their voicemail boxes are full so you cannot leave a voicemail. I tried to call their local Florida number listed on their site and that number is disconnected. That in itself is a bit unprofessional for a business. I have made calls during business hours with still no answer. I resorted to email. I did receive an email back from their so called customer service but another odd thing is the person who emailed me did not put their name either. That's strange for a business. The email from this place asked me for the name on the purchase or order number. I gave that info but have not heard back. I have never experienced this from an online company. I would not order from them again. My advice call the numbers on the site first if you don't believe me. Spare yourself time and money and shop elsewhere. I will add lastly, if I do not receive my product I will report to FBI and FTC. Thanks.

Having the same exact problem. Ordered items back in feb.

Got everything but one item. So I called them. They were cooperative at first. So I sent an email to follow up.

They responded by saying they would refund my PayPal account. That was a month ago!!!! Like everyone says, can't get in contact with these people! !!

By phone or email!!

Thinking about getting the BBB involved! !!


i have the same problem..ordered parts on 5-30-2014..its been 5 weeks and still havent even gotten a tracking # or my parts...trying to get my money back.... that should be fun!!!!!


Yes should be fun, ha ha. No one answers during business hours and all the voicemail boxes are full.

Sounds to me if voicemail boxes are that many people were calling looking for their stuff. If I were you report this website to They are affiliated with FBI and FTC.

From reviews I checked later it appears many people were scammed. They need to serve some jail time.

SlickCar in New York, New York - Did not recieve whta I ordered I was told I have to pay shipping to return it.

I ordered a "Commando KE-40" keyless entry system (it says so on my order confirmation). I received a "Scytek G25/G20" system. When I called to return it I was told they would refund the sales cost but I had to pay all the shipping. They said the "G25/G20" replaced the Commando product and admitted they hadn't updated their web site yet. I search and found that I could have bought the "G25/G20' system at many different locations for less money with additional components i.e. a motion detector and an alarm siren (in some cases with free shipping). To me advertizing a certain item and sending another is fraud! I suggest avoiding this company, there are many stores that sell the exact same stuff and do so honestly.

Slick crooks at

My husband and I ordered headlights from When we installed them, the headlights did not work correctly. Our high beam light on the dash stays on all the time and because the high beam light is on, our fog lights no longer work. We called the company and have followed everything that they have asked us to do. We sent in pictures of the headlight wires and plugs, and have gotten no results. They keep giving us the run around saying that only the manufacturer can help. But they won't give us the number to contact them ourselves and won't allow us to speak to any management. They this has been going on for to long. They are crooks!!!Now we have headlights that don't work and we are out $200. I will never buy online again.
